What you can do

• Block a member to hide mutual profiles, follows, and rating activity.
• Report harassment, spam, impersonation, inappropriate content, or other concerns from a profile.

How we respond

Administrators review open reports, may dismiss or resolve them, and can disable abusive accounts. Restaurant duplicate merges are administrative data-quality actions with audit history—they are not a way to suppress legitimate negative ratings.

Principles

Honest low ratings are allowed. Paid ranking, owner suppression of genuine reviews, and unsolicited invitation spam are not.
